[edit] Update Bootloader

Download the new recovery image http://cyanogenmod.com/download/recovery/cm-recovery-1.4.img QRCode MD5Sum: f5135a878c705215f4012786e4261cfe

To install the image copy it to your sdcard and run TERMINAL APP (from market)

type in "su" and allow root

then type this to install the better bootloader:

flash_image recovery /sdcard/cm-recovery-1.4.img

Download signed HTC 1.6 "recovery image" from [1] and copy to card.

Download Cyanogen http://www.cyanogenmod.com/downloads/rom) (.zip file!) and copy to SD (don't rename it)

(you should have BOTH zip files on your SD at the same time)
