Anyone know how to put a dropbear shortcut somewhere avoiding the hassle of launching the terminal, switching to root and using the appropriate flags? A nice icon on the home screen would be perfect.

This should be possible through ASE if you write a quick shell script to start dropbear.

I tried this using both methods and in both cases I get an error in putty stating that there was no authentication method available after entering a user name. Any ideas? 06:20, 8 February 2010 (UTC).

I can only get the key based login to work when I run dropbear like this: dropbear -v -s -g
