Howto: Create Custom XML Themes

XML Themes are themes for the CyanogenMod status bar. The themes are saved in an XML file that can be backup, restored or shared with others.

To access XML Themes, go to CyanogenMod settings » Interface » Status Bar Tweaks

  • Status Bar
    • Battery percentage - show/hide battery percentage in digits
    • Battery percentage color - battery percentage color
    • Show clock - show/hide clock
    • Clock color - clock text color
    • Show AM/PM for 12-hour clock - show/hide 'am'/'pm' when in 12-hour mode
    • Show dBm - show/hide signal strength in digits
    • Hide signal strength - show/hide signal strength in bars
    • dBm color - dBm text color
  • Date and provider
    • Date color - date text color
    • Display PLMN (lockscreen) - Displays network you are connected to
    • Display PLMN (status bar) - Displays network you are connected to
    • Carrier PLMN label color - PLMN text color
    • Display SPN (lockscreen) - Displays network you are paying
    • Display SPN (status bar) - Displays network you are paying
    • Carrier SPN label color - SPN text color
  • Notification colors
    • Notifications ticker color - The notifications that 'pop up' on the status bar, ie, "USB Connected"
    • Notifications count color - The little numbers that are displayed when you have multiple notifications of the same type
    • No notification title color - "No Notifications" text color
    • Clear notifications label color - Color of the word "Clear" in the Clear Notifications Button
    • Ongoing notifications title color - Color of the word "Ongoing" in the Pulldown Box
    • latest notifications title color - Color of the word "Notifications" in the Pulldown Box
    • Items title color - Color of the notification's title (bold text)
    • Items text color - Color of the notification's text
    • Items time color - Color of th enotifcation's time (not all notifications display a time)
    • Custom notification bar - use/don't use custom notification bar
    • Bar color - notification bar color
    • Custom pulldown bar - use/don't use custom notification bar
    • Pulldown bar color - color of pulldown bar
  • Tweaks extras
    • Reset UI teaks to default - reset to defaults
    • Save current theme - save your current theme settings
    • Select a theme - apply a theme
